• Fully custom pieces: 10–14 business days (Turnaround times may vary slightly based on order volume and design complexity.)
Custom Order Policy:
• Custom orders are handcrafted individually and require approval before production begins.
• Once a custom order is started, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, edits can be made up until production begins.
• Natural wood and material variations are part of the handcrafted process and make each piece one of a kind.
